Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bar

Chocolate PB&J Protein Bar

Ingredients:

½ cup GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
½ cup GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel
GOOD GOOD Four Fruits Jam as desired
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavored)
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup or melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the chosen GOOD GOOD products with almond flour, protein powder, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
Add sugar-free syrup or melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish, making sure it's compact.
Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to allow the bars to set.
Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars of your desired size.
