Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats (no sugar added)

This make ahead breakfast makes mornings so easy. It's an ideal grab and go breakfast for adults and kids alike. It has no added sugars, so it's a healthful way to start your day. 🥣

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • divided 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Good Good Maple Sweet Like Syrup, or to taste ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Good Good Sweet Strawberry Jam
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped peanut

 

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Slowly whisk in the milk. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Evenly distribute among 2 jars or bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam, sliced strawberries, and chopped peanuts.
