Sugar-Free Granola

Did you know that most granola you find in the store is packed with sugars. Most of the time it has syrup, honey or just plain added sugar. So for all you sugar free lovers out there, here is a sugar free granola recipe that has all the crunch and sweetness but none of the sugars.

Ingredients:

2 cups oats
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 shredded coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp salt
3 egg whites
6 drops Sweet Drops of Stevia in Vanilla from Good Good

Method:

1. Pre heat the oven to 300 degrees F
2. Add all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir gently until the mixture is all coated
3. Turn mixture onto cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes and stirring every 10 minutes
4. Let the granola cool and add to a container – enjoy with your favourite yogurt, milk or smoothie bowls!
