Vegan Ice Cream with the Ninja Creami: Healthy Enough to Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons strawberry flavored protein powder
- 1/4 cup GOOD GOOD Strawberry Jam
- Roasted crushed peanuts
Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons melted creamy GOOD GOOD Creamy Peanut Butter
- Vegan cream
- Colorful sprinkles
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients for the ice cream base and blend well. Freeze overnight.
2. The next day, use the light ice cream setting on the Ninja Creami. Add a bit of milk and spin again. Add the crushed peanuts and use the mix-in function.
3. Serve with vegan squirty cream, a good drizzle of melted peanut butter, and sprinkles.

If you don’t own a Ninja Creami, you can also use an ice cream maker or a regular, strong blender. The consistency can vary.
